Northern Watch Lab ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or reach out about a custom build, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, Facebook profile info, or phone number, when you send a build inquiry through our contact links, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or email.

When you proceed with an order, payment is handled entirely by Stripe through a secure payment link. We do not collect or store your card number, expiry date, or CVC on our own systems — Stripe processes that information under its own privacy and security practices.

We also automatically collect some technical information when you browse the site, including your approximate location, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, via analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to build inquiries and coordinate custom orders
To send you a secure Stripe payment link once a build is confirmed
To provide order updates, tracking information, and warranty support
To understand how visitors use the site and improve it over time

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with the following third parties strictly to run the business:

Stripe — to process payments
Google Analytics — to understand site traffic (anonymized/aggregated where possible)
Meta/Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us through those platforms, your messages are subject to their own privacy policies as well

Cookies

This site may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics purposes. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect certain site features.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry and order information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, provide warranty support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing Jacob.Nu26@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA, the EU/UK GDPR, or California's CCPA.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
