Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Time

From the day you place your order and payment is received, expect delivery in approximately 12–16 days. This window covers bench assembly, rate-grapher testing, and quality inspection before your piece is handed off for shipping. This is an estimate and can shift with order volume — we'll keep you posted if anything changes.

Shipping Method

All orders ship with tracking. A tracking number is sent to the email or contact you provided as soon as your build leaves our bench.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, will be confirmed with you directly before your payment link is issued, so there are no surprises at the end.

International Orders

We ship internationally. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

All shipments are trackable, and we'll help track down a delayed package. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — see our Refund Policy for how we handle that.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your build. We're not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
